Air dryer cleaning tools and technology

have come a long way in recent years, revolutionizing the way air duct are cleaned and maintained. This specialized equipment is designed specifically to provide a thorough and efficient cleaning of air duct and HVAC systems.

The technology employed not only

helps to remove dirt and debris from air duct and HVAC systems, but also helps to improve air quality in the home or business.

The primary tool used for air duct cleaning

is the vacuum system. A powerful vacuum is employed to create negative pressure within the air duct, which helps to draw out the dirt and debris that can accumulate over time.

The vacuum system is also used to

power a variety of other tools and accessories, such as brushes, air dryer duct purification systems, and air scrubbers. This equipment is designed to help remove dust from air duct, pollen, mold, and other airborne particles that can impact air quality with cleaning your air duct.

Modern air duct cleaning systems

also have advanced filtration capabilities. High-efficiency filters are used to capture tiny particles that can affect air quality. These filters can be designed to capture particles that are as small as 0.3 microns in diameter. This helps to ensure that the air in the air dryer duct is as clean and pure as possible.

Other air duct cleaning tools and technology

include air blowers and air dryer compressors. Air blowers are used to help move dirt and dust out of the air dryer duct and HVAC systems while air compressors help to ensure that the air in the duct is free of contaminants. These powerful tools are also used to power a variety of other cleaning accessories, such as flexible hoses and brush heads to help reach and remove difficult to access areas.

Air Dryer Preparation Steps

Air dryer Cleaning Preparation

Preparation:

As a precaution, we first cover

anything near your vents with plastic. On the floor directly below each register and grille we lay a protective cloth where we can place your register and our tools without dirtying your carpet.

Remove each register and grille,

placing them on the protective cloth mentioned above Check the durability of your duct to determine how many psi can be used without compromising the strength of your hvac system

Over the years pollen,

dust, and other common irritants gather in your Air dryer which can be agitated when your heater or A/Cs kick on.

These irritants are

then circulated through your home for you to inhale.

We can provide an estimate

for your specific property based on how many FAUs and Vents you have by filling our our request an estimate form.

As a very rough estimate,

however, a home or business with 1 FAU and 12 vents will take between 3 and 4 hours, and a home or business with 3 FAUs and 30 vents will be more like 7 to 8 hours.

The air duct cleaning process is very safe,

there are no toxic chemicals or fumes to worry about, so it is fine to have children around. During cleaning, there will be a few items on the floor such as large 12 inch hoses,

smaller hoses,

and tarps with registers on them, all of which may pose a minor hazard to unattended children.

No. In order to provide a safe

working environment for our technicians, our powerful negative air machine is always applying negative pressure to the system during agitation which proactively catches all dust and debris released during this process.

We will only ever charge you

our standard rate based on the number of FAUs and vents in your home or business. Many homes and businesses are designed with aesthetics in mind which leads designers to place vents where they won’t be seen.

This is great for those who

don’t like the look of vents all over their walls, but often surprises our customers when we point out a few vents they never knew were there.

If there is ever a difference

between your estimate and actual cost, we will always discuss it with you first and, if you like, walk you through your home or business to show you each FAU and vent on the bill.

Sometimes HVAC systems

will be damaged or installed improperly and may benefit from some sort of upgrade or repair. We do not offer these services but will, free of charge, notify you of any problems we find.

Air Duct Cleaning Progress

Our air duct cleaning process can be split into three primary steps each with a few simple smaller steps.

Cleaning:

Wash the registers and grilles

by hand or, if they are very dirty, take them outside for heavier cleaning Use the Scorpion air whip system in conjunction with our negative air machine to simultaneously dislodge and capture all the debris in your air movement system

Clean all accessible FAU

(Forced Air Units) components (blower, heat exchanger, evaporator, plenums) Clean the ductwork from the plenums outward to get any debris which couldn’t be reached in cleaning step 2 Wrap Up:

Reinstall all registers and grilles

Remove protective floor cloth and plastic Ensure we have left no mess behind in your home or business Inform you that we have completed as well as anything noteworthy or concerning regarding your HVAC system
